Christian Hospedales delivered yet another solid performance in Round 4 of the Caribbean Spec Miata Series. It was one of those days on the track, good for some, tough for others. Unfortunately, mechanical gremlins decided to rear their heads, with 3rd gear seemingly becoming a ghost for many. Craig Sumair and his dedicated team were out in full force, as always, keeping the energy high.
The Ross brothers, were front and center. Michael, sadly, joined the ranks of those with car troubles. Despite the setbacks, the atmosphere was buzzing.
Justin Wortman, however, couldn’t stop smiling. He had a stellar day behind the wheel, and it showed. David Coelho also seemed to be having a great run, until the very end. On the final lap of the final race, just when it seemed like he’d wrap it up, car troubles struck, allowing Cristian Bourne to sneak into 3rd place.
The prize giving ceremony ended the day with a lot of laughs and excited chatter about the highs, lows, and everything in between. It was a day full of heart, camaraderie, and the unpredictable nature of racing.
