A Heartfelt Farewell to the 2024 Caribbean Spec Miata Series.

Circuit Racing Event #5 was a perfect way to close out the 2024 Caribbean Spec Miata Series. The air was filled with excitement and familiar faces lined the grid. Christian Hospedales, David Coelho, and Justin Wortman once again proved why they’re top of the pack, delivering stellar performances to cap off their season. In Race 2, we saw Brandon Singh and Michael Rostant break into the top three, reminding everyone that they, too, were here to leave a lasting mark on the finale.

For newcomers Craig Sumair and Liam Bartlett, this season was one of growth and learning. Their debut came with its fair share of challenges, but both pushed through and completed the series, an achievement in itself. As for Ryan Peyrau, behind the wheel of Michael Ross' Miata, it wasn’t the day he had envisioned. The car’s setup still needs some fine-tuning to reach its full potential, but that’s racing.

Looking back, the final day of the season felt like a true celebration. Friends and family gathered, cheering on the drivers and soaking in the thrill of the races. And while we held our breath for good weather, the skies blessed us with dry conditions, allowing the cars to push to their limits.

As the sun set on the 2024 Caribbean Spec Miata Series, it wasn’t just about the results or the standings. It was about the community, the camaraderie, and the shared passion that made this season unforgettable.
